Harold the Pigman is the handyman/janitor at the Bastille Towers apartment building in New Edmonton City. Harold’s attitude can be described as disgruntled, pessimistic and all-around negative.
Somehow Harold always finds himself entangled in the lives of the various colourful characters that live in the building. Harold is frequently running errands for them or somehow solving their problems. Much to his discontent.
Harold lives at Bastille Towers, rent free, on a cot in the utility room.
